This yoga course is for absolute beginners, those new to the Iyengar Yoga style and those with only a little yoga experience. We teach a sequential yoga course starting at the very beginning and build your understanding week-by-week. This course covers basic standing asana (yoga postures), sitting, forward bends, twists & basic backbends.  These courses are designed to build your confidence so that you will then feel comfortable attending any of our classes on the timetable.  Our teachers are highly trained and experienced in guiding students through the first steps of yoga.  Our course sizes are small ensuring attention is given to each student.
