Margaret brings a wealth of experience along with her 30 years of yoga teaching. She will give insight into the fundamental principals and practice of Iyengar Yoga and its application and methodology. Margaret's intention is to show how the skill and techniques of yoga give both stability and balance during times of change and turmoil and in our everyday life.  These courses are aimed at students who have a firm foundation in the basics of Iyengar yoga and have been attending Iyengar classes regularly for at least one year.  This course runs in 10 week blocks
